Return policy

You can return or exchange items purchased at VIMMA online store. Please return your purchase to us in 14 days from the date of the delivery. The product return is free of charge in Finland. This is stated in the terms of the Finnish consumer protection law. For customers in Finland: The item you want to return should be accompanied by a completed Returns Document (vaihto- ja palautuslomake) that came with your order. You can also download and print the document. For customers outside Finland, please contact [email protected].

The item you want to return must be in its original condition, complete with original packaging and tags. If these conditions above are met, the customer may return the item and will get a full refund or can exchange it. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
