Maija Louekari is an Oulu based designer and textile artist. She has studied interior design and design at the University of Art and Design in Helsinki and graphic design in Copenhagen. Louekari has been awarded in several design competitions. The Letti figure was Louekari’s first design for VIMMA. Other designs by Maija are, among other things, “Maailma muovautuu”, “Rikkaruohot” and “Human”.
