In order for our customer service to evaluate your complaint, we ask you to do the following:
- Fill in the form below and describe the reason for you complaint and date/time when you noticed the defect
- Attach a maximum of three pictures of the defect to document it. There must be at least one close-up picture.
After receiving the information, we will process the complaint as soon as possible. We will get back to you within a few days.
