Terms of delivery of the online store
E-commerce products are sold by Vimmacompany Oy, Business ID 2567714-9. We sell products to adult individuals and companies worldwide. The prices of the products include VAT both domestically and within the EU. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
Products are ordered online at www.vimmacompany.com All orders will be confirmed by email indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.
Customer agrees to the terms of delivery applicable to each order.
We try to process orders within 1-4 days of the order's arrival and deliver to the customer via Suomen Posti. Promotions, weekends and holidays may affect delivery times. Please note that some products may have a separate delivery schedule, which may be longer than the previously mentioned shipping time. If so, this is specifically stated for that product.
International customers are responsible for their own taxes, customs duties and / or VAT. payments.
Shipping costs will be added to the price of the order, which will be automatically updated according to the shipping address.
For domestic orders, delivery costs are Posti package 6.90 €, Home package 9.90 €.
Delivery within the EU 9.90 €, Worldwide delivery 19.90 €.
International deliveries are delivered by DHL Express and the arrival time is 1-4 days. Delivery costs 20.50 €.
Pickup from the VIMMA Store
We offer the possibility to pick up your order from the VIMMA Store (Fredrikinkatu 18, 00120 Helsinki). If you choose pickup as the delivery method, you will receive a separate text message when your order has been collected and is available for pickup. You can choose "Pickup from the Fredrikinkatu store" from the delivery options at checkout.
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
The products to be returned must be carefully packed in the original packaging, fragrance-free and in perfect condition (including the clothing tag). When the product has been returned according to the instructions, we will refund the full price of the purchase excluding the €10 return fee. The return fee is refundablely deducted from the amount.
Failure to pick up the package is not enough to cancel the transaction. If the package has been failed to pick up and the Post Office will return it to the place of dispatch, 15 € return fee will be charged.
You can also return or exchange your product in our store in Helsinki to avoid a return fee of € 10. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product return is made after the 14-day exchange and return right period, we collect the right to return and collect a €20 return fee from the refundable total amount of the purchase. The 14-day return and exchange right is calculated from the day when the post office has delivered the package to the delivery point chosen by the customer and, in the case of collection, from the day when we have sent the collection notification via text message.
If you want to exchange the product, you must return it to VIMMA unused and in good condition and place a new order in the online store.You can return the product to a VIMMA store or make a normal return via Posti. The new product must be ordered via the online store as a new order.We will issue a refund for the returned product when the shipment reaches us.
If we see that a new order has been placed in your name, ie an exchange instead of a refund, we will refund the full refund amount and do not deduct a € 10 refund fee.
You can always return your shipment through the Post service point. Please write Vimmacompany Oy's return code 659163 on the shipment. Take the shipment to the Post Office and let them know that this is Vimmacompany Oy's customer return. If the package contains the original address card, the post office will make the necessary changes to the card and the package will be returned to the sender.
Please keep the shipping ID provided by mail until your refund has been credited.
