MATERIAL & CARE

Villa

100% Merinowool (superwash)

Avoid unnecessary washing of the knit, ventilate the garment after use so that the product stays good for longer time. No machine wash, only hand wash. Use a towel to remove excess water by pressing with towel. Dry the garment horizontally on a towel. No chlorine bleaching or tumble drying.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery: Directly from the warehouse 1-4 days.

For domestic orders, delivery costs are Posti package 6.90 €, Home package 9.90 €. 
Delivery within the EU 9.90 €, Worldwide delivery 19.90 €.

DHL Express 
International deliveries are delivered by DHL Express and the arrival time is 1-4 days. Delivery costs 20.50 €.

Payment: Pay instantly via online banking / debit cards or in parts via Klarna. Payment can be made abroad via Paypal.

Return: Our products have a 14-day exchange and return right. The products to be returned must be carefully packed in the original packaging, fragrance-free and in perfect condition (including the clothing tag). When the product has been returned according to the instructions, we will refund the full price of the purchase excluding the 10€ return fee.
