According the Finnish Consumer Protection Act the consumer has the right to return and exchange policy of 14 days.
If the product is wanted to be changed, the unused and re-selling conditioned product should be returned to VIMMA and a new purchase of it should be placed from the online store.

From the returns will be charged the delivery costs (4,9e) and the handling costs 4,5e per shipment, that incurred as the result of the return. Processing fees will be deducted according to the payment method at the stage when the returned order is being processed. If the product received by the customer has been wrong or defective, separate return fee will not be charged.

Fabrics cut to size do not have right to return and exchange policy.

The returned products must be carefully packed in the original packaging, odorless and in flawless condition.

Failure to pick up the package is not enough to cancel the transaction. If the package has been failed to pick up and the Post Office will return it to the place of dispatch, 10e return fee will be charged.

Return from the Parcel Point

Items received from the post parcel machine can be returned with the same tray code, that was used when picking up the same item. Please write your own contact information (name and phone number) on the package. No additional return address is required. Take the shipment to the parcel point and follow the instructions given.

The items can always be returned through post´s service point.

Please write Vimmacompany Oy and the return code 659163 on the package.

Take the parcel to post and mention it is a Vimmacompany Oy`s consumer return. If the package has the original address card, post will make the necessary changes and the parcel will be returned to the sender.
