How do I proceed when I want to make a refund?
You can return the shipment through the Posti Service Point. Please write the customer ID on the package 659163 and Vimmacompany Oy.
Take the shipment to Posti and let them know that this is a customer return from Vimmacompany Oy.
Once the product has been returned according to the instructions, we will refund the full price of the purchase, excluding the € 10 return fee. The refund fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
You can also return or exchange your product in our store in Helsinki to avoid a return fee of € 10. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If you want to replace the product, you must return the unused and in good condition product to VIMMA and place a new order from the online store.

How about 14 days return and exchange right calculated??
In online store orders, the 14-day return and exchange right is calculated from the day when the post office has delivered the package to the customer's chosen delivery point, and in the case of pick-up, from the day when we have sent the pick-up notification via text message.
In pick-up orders, the 14-day return and exchange right is calculated from the day the customer has picked up the package. If the product return is made after the 14-day exchange and return right period, we collect the right to return and collect a €20 return fee from the refundable total amount of the purchase.

You can also return the VIMMA products you bought in other shipping bags than the original VIMMA package. Shipping bags can be purchased e.g. From Posti service points and R-kiosks.
VimmaCompany Oy's return code 659163 must be written on the return bag and it is important to include the VIMMA return form that came with the shipment.

What do I do when I want to make a complaint?

VIMMA's products have a 6-month claim right from the date of purchase.
If we consider the complaint to be appropriate, we will refund the full refund amount and do not deduct a refund fee of 10€.
